Using the Augmented Reality (AR) feature on your phone, follow this at-home measuring guide to measure your foot and find your find your perfect Canal fit.

Step One
On your iPhone, find and open the Measure app. If you do not have an iPhone there are various AR apps available on the Google Play Store that can perform the same function These steps are designed for the iPhone but can also be used as a guide for other AR apps on different devices.
Step Two
Place your iPhone so that you can see your foot on the screen. Make sure your foot is on a flat surface, and you can see both the heel and the tip of your big toe on the screen. Make sure to be wearing the socks you plan to use with your footwear.
Step Three
Position the dot in the Measure app at the back of your heel and tap the "+" button to set the starting point.
Step Four
Slowly move your iPhone to the tip of your big toe. Once the dot is positioned at the tip of your toe, tap the "+" button again to set the endpoint.
Step Five
The app will display the distance between the two points, giving you the measurement of your foot. Repeat the process with the other foot, as it’s common for one foot to be slightly longer than the other.
Step Six
Use the longer of the two measurements to determine your Canal Footwear fit using the size chart at the bottom of this page. If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a more comfortable fit.
